These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tranzit Group platform, website and related services provided by Tranzit Group Pty Ltd (ABN 12 690 967 198) ("Tranzit", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Tranzit provides shipping automation software that connects ecommerce stores to courier networks for rate comparison, label generation, tracking and fulfilment. We are a technology platform — not a courier or freight carrier. Physical delivery is performed by third-party carriers you select through the platform.
To use Tranzit you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Tranzit plans include usage limits appropriate to each tier. Fair use means:
We may contact you or restrict access if usage significantly exceeds normal patterns for your plan. Enterprise or high-volume users should contact us for a Scale plan.
Tranzit integrates with third-party carriers and ecommerce platforms. Their terms, rates, service levels and availability are governed by those providers. We are not liable for carrier delays, lost parcels, rate changes or integration outages beyond our reasonable control.
All software, branding, documentation and content on the Tranzit platform and website are owned by or licensed to Tranzit Group Pty Ltd. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your business while your subscription is active.
Your use of Tranzit is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data. We process it only to provide our services as described in the Privacy Policy.
We aim for high platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party carriers, hosting providers or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Tranzit's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages, including shipping delays or carrier errors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. We will retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
