In short

  • Bring your own courier accounts and ship at your negotiated rates, with no markup.
  • No accounts yet? Use our pre-negotiated rates from day one.
  • Use both, and compare live prices from every courier with Get Quote.

Tranzit Group Australia gives you two ways to ship, and you can use either one or both at once. Which suits you depends mostly on whether you already have courier accounts with rates you're happy with.

Option 1: bring your own courier accounts

If you already have accounts with couriers such as Australia Post, Aramex or StarTrack, connect them under Courier Integrations in the portal. You ship at your own negotiated rates with no markup, and you can connect as many supported courier accounts as you like.

  • Best when you've already negotiated rates with one or more couriers.
  • Your agreement with that courier governs the transport and any cover or claim on it.
  • You still manage everything (quotes, labels, tracking) from one Tranzit Group Australia login.

Option 2: use Tranzit Group Australia's courier services

No courier accounts yet, or want another option alongside yours? Use Tranzit Group Australia's supported courier services with pre-negotiated rates from day one, with no contracts to chase.

  • Best when you're starting out or don't want to set up accounts with each courier.
  • The courier's own terms still apply to the transport.
  • If a parcel is lost or damaged, report it to us and, where appropriate, we help you submit and manage the claim with the courier.

Option 3: use both

Many merchants combine the two to get the best price on every shipment. Get Quote shows live prices from every courier you've connected side by side, and shipping rules can pick the cheapest available service for each order automatically.

What it costs

The Tranzit Group Australia portal is free to use*, with no monthly subscription, setup or software fees. Courier freight charges are separate. See Pricing.

What changes if something goes wrong

In both cases the courier carries the parcel and assesses any loss or damage claim under its own terms, cover and limits. The difference is who you deal with: on your own account, your agreement with that courier applies; on our courier services, you report it to us. Shipping protection and claims explains the steps.
