In short

  • eBay orders import into the portal once your account is connected.
  • Compare live courier prices, or let rules choose for you.
  • Tracking syncs back to eBay, so buyers stay updated.

What you'll need

  • Your eBay seller account
  • A Tranzit Group Australia account
  • A courier account, or use ours

On eBay, buyers expect tracking quickly. If you also sell somewhere else, juggling two order screens slows everything down. Connecting eBay to Tranzit Group Australia puts every order in one place and sends tracking back for you.

Step 1

Connect eBay

Connect eBay under Ecommerce Integrations in the portal. Orders start importing straight away, alongside orders from any other store you've connected.

Step 2

Pick the courier for each order

Get Quote shows live prices from every courier you've connected, with the best value flagged. Or set shipping rules once and let them choose by postcode, state, weight, item quantity or order source.

Step 3

Print the day's labels

Print every label, manifest and packing slip in one run, formatted for thermal or A4 printers. Orders missing details are skipped with the reason shown.

Step 4

Tracking goes back to eBay

Tracking syncs back to eBay, so buyers can see their parcel is on its way without you entering a thing.
