In short

  • WooCommerce orders import into the portal as soon as your store is connected.
  • Rules choose the courier; Get Quote compares prices when you want to check.
  • Tracking syncs back to your WooCommerce store automatically.

What you'll need

  • Your WooCommerce store
  • A Tranzit Group Australia account
  • A courier account, or use ours

WooCommerce gives you a flexible store, but shipping each order still means copying details into a courier site. Here's how to connect WooCommerce to Tranzit Group Australia so orders, labels and tracking take care of themselves.

Step 1

Connect your WooCommerce store

Sign in to the portal and connect WooCommerce under Ecommerce Integrations. Orders start importing straight away, so new orders appear ready to ship.

Step 2

Connect your couriers

Add your own courier accounts under Courier Integrations and ship at your negotiated rates, or use Tranzit Group Australia's courier services. You can set a default courier and use rules for the exceptions.

Step 3

Set your shipping rules

Rules pick the courier by postcode, state, weight, item quantity or order source, or the cheapest available service. Get Quote shows live prices side by side when you want to check an order by hand.

Step 4

Print labels in one run

Select your orders and print every label in one run. Orders missing required details are skipped and the reason is shown.

Step 5

Tracking goes back to WooCommerce

Tracking syncs back to your WooCommerce store automatically, and customers follow their parcel on a tracking page with SMS and email updates.
