Customers mistype addresses all the time. Caught before you print, it's a quick fix. Caught after pickup, it can mean a delayed parcel, a redelivery or an address correction fee from the courier.
What to check
- The suburb and postcode match each other.
- The street address is complete, including unit or level numbers.
- A contact phone number and email address are filled in where the courier needs them.
- Delivery instructions are clear, if there are any.
When an order is skipped
When you print a batch in Tranzit Group Australia, orders missing required details are skipped and the reason is shown, such as a receiver phone number needed or missing address details. The rest of the batch prints as normal.
How to fix it
- 1Open the skipped order and read the reason shown.
- 2Correct the details, contacting the customer if you need to.
- 3Print it again.
