Every day's dispatch produces three kinds of paperwork. They're easy to mix up, and each one has a different reader.
The shipping label
The label goes on the outside of the parcel. It carries the delivery address and the barcode and tracking number the courier scans. A label belongs to the one shipment it was generated for: don't reuse it, copy it onto another parcel or change its barcode or tracking number.
The manifest
The manifest is a summary of the parcels handed over to a courier, so the driver and your team can agree on what was collected.
The packing slip
The packing slip goes inside the box and lists what the order contains. What is a packing slip? covers what to put on one.
Print all three in one run
Select the day's orders in Tranzit Group Australia and print. Labels, manifests and packing slips come out in a single run, formatted for thermal or A4 printers. Orders missing required details are skipped and the reason is shown.
